scone

bahan-bahan:
2 cup plain flour
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 tsp baking powder
76 grams butter (cubes)
1 egg
1tsp vanila
120ml fresh milk
1/3 cup raisin -
combined plain flour, brown sugar, baking powder. Add butter, mix until crumble -combined egg, fresh milk and vanila, mix a while using fork, pour to dry mixture, add raisin -roll and cut using tart cutter, brush with fresh milk, baked 180' 20 min if difficult to roll, sprinkle with plain flour serve with strawberry jam
